Everyone who uses a vehicle on the road is required to keep it in a roadworthy condition. The purpose of the MOT Test is to ensure that vehicles are checked at least once a year to see that they comply with key road worthiness and environmental requirements. The MOT is a highly specialised examination of the majority of the safety-related components on a vehicle to ensure that they have not worn to such an excessive level so as to render the vehicle unsafe for the road. The test also includes a test on the vehicle's emissions. The UK MOT test now covers over 150 checks of safety-related and emissions systems.
The MOT test centre at Redvers offers MOT testing 5 days a week, onsite in our own fully equipped, VOSA approved computerised and automated MOT testing station.
